  With recent registration of a Plan of Subdivision of more than 30 lots, Balben were fantastic in preparing the Land Titles Office paperwork and subsequent Contracts of Sale. They have a great alliance with our Agent and Bank and most importantly are accurate when preparing figures for settlement ensuring a smooth transaction every time!

  Very Over priced Mark the Owner and is a very arrogant man who has a bad repore with many surveyors and other professionals in the Ballarat area.Mark is a Bully and stand over merchant, who to the unexpected customer will exploit you with every cost known in the book. His in life goal is to milk you for every dollar he can and charge you exorbitant fees and charges than most solicitors which he is not. Unfortunately the ladies at the front office are polite and seem to be bullied by Mark aswell .It is disgraceful behaviour from a so called professional with 30 years experience ,I would not recommend this Bussiness and will never use there service.
